I am too sleepy to think.
I am too tired to move my hands.
I am too lazy to work on my brain.
I am too drained to touch the keys.
I am not in the mood.
No letters.
No words.
No poem.
No vignette.
No story.
Just this.
This is all for now.

You know, I've felt like this on occasion. I've even been known to nod off at the screen.
